How can you open a support ticket?
Once you are logged into your account, simply click on 'Open Ticket' and choose a relevant category.
For example, if you click on website hosting you will be asked for a priority, a related service, and a message.
Please try to fill as much information as possible into the message box, including screenshots, copied code or any relevant files and documentation. This will ensure we can replicate your issue and respond with a solution as fast as possible.
